Complaints may be made where people breach the SSA Accreditation Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct. The document covers the following areas:

Note that we do not adjudicate business or commercial disputes. We can only investigate complaints where an individual has been shown to be in breach of the Accreditation Code or Rules.
