This event is designed to inspire the next generation of soil scientists and provide a supportive, practical forum to explore career pathways, progression, opportunities, and challenges across the soil and land management sector. We have put together a panel of speakers representing a diverse mix of backgrounds, including NRM, government, research, consulting, and agronomy
